Frequently Asked Questions
What cities and areas around the Bay Area does your building design firm serve?
We serve Chico, CA and the greater Bay Area, including Piedmont, Oakland, Berkeley, Orinda, Moraga, Alameda, Albany, and El Cerrito. Our architectural design service reaches across these communities, so you can work with us whether you're local or a bit further out. Contact us to discuss your project location.
Do we travel to clients for architectural design consultations, or do customers need to visit your office?
We travel to meet clients at their properties. Our team visits job sites across the Bay Area to provide home construction consultation and residential architect services on-site. This lets us see your space firsthand and understand your vision before we begin the design work.
What are your business hours during the week, and are you available on weekends?
We're open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 6 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. We're closed on weekends. For consultations outside these hours, reach out and we'll work with you to find a time that fits your schedule.
Can we schedule a home construction consultation at our property in the Bay Area?
Absolutely. We offer home construction consultation at properties throughout the Bay Area. Our team will visit your site to assess your project, discuss your goals, and outline next steps. Get in touch with us to book your on-site consultation.
What is included in your architectural design service for residential projects?
Our architectural design service covers the full design process for residential projects. We work closely with homeowners to develop plans that match their vision and budget. From initial concepts through detailed construction drawings, we handle the design work so your home turns out the way you imagined it.
Do you offer home renovation design services in addition to new custom home design?
Yes, we specialize in both. Our home renovation design service helps you reimagine existing spaces, whether it's a kitchen remodel, addition, or complete overhaul. We also handle new builds. Either way, we bring the same careful architectural approach to your project.
How far do you typically travel from Chico to meet with clients for building design consultations?
We travel throughout the Bay Area from our Chico, CA base. We regularly serve clients in Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, and other surrounding communities. It's worth the drive to provide hands-on building design consultations and see your property in person.
What is your process for working with homeowners on architectural consultation for their renovation or new build?
We start with a site visit to understand your space, needs, and goals. Then our team develops concepts and designs tailored to your project. We stay in close contact throughout, refining ideas until the architectural design matches what you want. Regular collaboration ensures the final plan works for your home and budget.
Do you serve areas outside of Chico, such as Oakland, Berkeley, and the surrounding Bay Area communities?
